Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping — Delivery within 15 - 21 business days.

Express Shipping — Delivery within 12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 14 business days (preorder for now), will tentatively ship out all orders by 12 June 2026  (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@mhepublisher.com within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
